Early beer tips, Hackney Wick and Olympic Park

Apologies in advance for the dull question!
Looking ahead to the 12:30 Newcastle k/o.
Could you please suggest somewhere decent for beers, a bit like Howling Hops or something, that will open in time for a few rounds ahead of kick-off and the walk to the stadium? Say 11 or something? HH for example, opens at noon.

In fact, the Wentworth Arms, on Eric Street.
These are East End pubs, so if your an soft Essex boy wearing skinny jeans, I suggest drinking more locally to home.

I was told about these tow. Rule Zero opens at 10am. 5 minutes walk from the walkway near entrance A. A minute away is Two More years which has an outside space on the river and opens at 9am.
